1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Googla HinfoSys Technologies (referred to as “the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Googla HinfoSys Technologies provides a range of IT services including, but not limited to:

  • IT consulting and advisory
  • Mobile app development
  • Web development
  • E-commerce and SaaS solutions
  • Hosting and cybersecurity services

The scope of services will be defined in the individual agreements made between the Company and the client.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for services rendered must be made in accordance with the agreed payment structure outlined in the service agreement. Clients will receive an invoice for each payment milestone, with payments to be made to the following payment mail: [email protected].

  • Payments are to be made in INR via bank transfer or other accepted methods.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees, as outlined in individual contracts.
  • The Company does not accept equity-based or revenue-sharing payment models.

4. Cancellation and Termination

Clients may cancel services with a 30-day written notice. Any fees for services rendered up to the cancellation date are non-refundable. Googla HinfoSys Technologies reserves the right to terminate services in case of breach of these terms or non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, or other deliverables created by Googla HinfoSys Technologies remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, the client will have the right to use the software or products developed for them, as per the terms of the agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Googla HinfoSys Technologies will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of its services. The Company’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided.

7. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected during service delivery will be used strictly for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Modifications to Terms

Googla HinfoSys Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website (www.Googla.in), and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
